All Day Balance Tea

This tea is part of our ayurvedic line of teas meant to help us all balance our doshas. There are 3 doshas, or energies, that exist in all of our bodies; Vata (space + air), Pitta (fire + water), Kapha (water + earth). Each of us has a predominant dosha however all doshas are within us. It just depends which is most prevalent.

All Day Balance tea is for all doshas to consume as an every day tea. Drink hot to keep your digestive fire burning smooth and steady or cold brew for a cool all day "flavored water".

Ingredients: Organically grown cumin, organically grown fennel, organically grown coriander, organically grown cardamom, organically grown peppermint

Steep Temperature: 200° F - boil

Steep Time: 3-7 minutes
