Positioned above the crown of our head, the Crown Chakra is our connection to the universe and to self. It governs knowledge, unity, and enlightenment.

We added tulsi and gotu kola to help reduce feelings of anxiousness and depression. Gotu kola can also support our cognitive functions, reducing brain fog. Blackberry leaf and a touch of rose petal help give this blend a light soothing flavor. Gentle but not distracting so you can focus on reconnecting.
