December Long Cold Moon

The Long Cold Moon is just as it says..... long and cold. This is the time for celebration about another trip around the sun, but also a time for internal reflection. The tea this month is a spicy chai meant to warm you up and inspire you to create the changes you want to see. The spices of chai are the same spices we use to cook and bake with during the holiday season, ushering in happy memories and thoughts, but also signaling the year is over and it is time to start again. The only exception is ashwagandha which is an adaptogen used for stress and anxiety and also memory and focus. This blend brings to you the power to reflect, prepare and enjoy the moment.
