Elderberry Syrup

This blend is intended to be made into a syrup. The blend of herbs and elderberries are great for boosting your immune system. Finished syrup has a gingerbread flavor.
Add 2 oz of syrup to a 12 oz cup and cover with 10 oz of boiling water for an elixir.

Ingredients: organically grown elderberries, organically grown cinnamon, organically grown ginger, organically grown eleuthero root, organically grown cloves

Caffeine Free

Steep Temperature: boil
Steep Time: Overnight and then simmer to reduce by half. Pop all the berries while straining. Add 1/2 cup of honey per 1 cup of juice.

Each two ounce bag makes approximately 2 cups of syrup
