February Snow Moon

The Snow Moon happens during a very dreaded time of year. Everything feels and seems dead and it is usually very cold and snowy. It is a time for internal reflection about what things matter most to us. A time to slow down and pay attention to what inside needs tending to.

However, during these cold winter days, spring bulbs are beginning to feel the hint of awakening and along with them, we should see what things excite us deep down.

This tea was blended with mostly caffeine free herbals because it is still time to sleep and pause and rest. However, the smokiness from lapsang souchong reminded us of the wood stove smell you would get when taking a walk on a snowy day.

Herbs like dandelion, chicory, and licorice support our immune system and liver, allowing them to rest and relax. Cloves and orange peel remind us of happier times, and the red rooibos nourishes our body with all of it's anti oxidants and vitamins. Lastly the chili flakes lend just a hint of spice, warmth to you while sipping it.
