Heart Chakra

Do you find yourself not responding to texts, easily triggered, hiding from the world, and on day 3 in those pjs? It may be time to give some love to your Heart Chakra.

Our fourth, green chakra is our Heart Chakra. It is located at our center, at heart level. As expected, this is the center of our empathy, compassion, forgiveness, gratitude, and love for ourself and others. This is all about unifying energy and as the center chakra is also the unifier of our physical and spiritual chakras, connecting the lower three chakras to our upper three.

Imbalance here can translate to circulation problems, lowered immune system, hormonal imbalances and premature aging. We may notice feeling judgmental, possessive, suspicious, lonely or we may just retreat and disconnect from everyone.

Linked to the air element, we recommend getting outside (come join us on the rainbow patio!), take some deep breaths and feel air and love fill your chest. Bring some paper and your favorite pen and write a gratitude letter to someone who could use it, and then write one to yourself. It’s time to remember how truly amazing you are. You heard us, friend. You. Are. Amazing!

To support your green chakra, we had to start with some deep green and grassy sencha, matcha, and nettles. Antioxidant rich hawthorn berry is great for blood flow to and from that beautiful heart of yours and also helps with anxiety. Lastly, to remind you how sweet life is, we finished with a hint of stevia leaf.
