Created exclusively for Laura Carney's book, My Father's List, this tea drew on her experiences in Vienna. This tea is a blend that mimics Apple Strudel.
We started with a vanilla scented red rooibos and mixed in apple pieces, cinnamon, and some lemon for a nice rounded flavor. We then added in some elderberries to give the blend an immune boost and a nice sweet flavor.
Sip this tea with a buttery cookie and a copy of My Father's List
