March Worm Moon

The Worm Moon is when some very early signs of life begin to emerge. When the worms start moving again in the soil creating space for new life. Just like us, as we enter into March with some hopeful feelings that the days are in fact getting longer and the air warmer. With it new growth from ourselves that emerge from our period of rest and reflection.

Gotu kola is an herb that supports brain function as well as is an anti depressant and anxiety buster. It allows us to awaken new thoughts and bring forward some of the inner stirrings from the colder months. Lemon thyme and lavender are calming to our system and sage dispels any bad energy while supporting lung function.

This moon is all about bringing forth your new ideas and new energy.
