Spring Oolong

Spring Oolong is a green oolong base with lemon, dandelion, green pepper and calendula. These are all herbs that begin to awaken our bodies in the spring.

The flavors in this tea are earthy, tart and rounded. While this tea can be consumed hot, it is also most excellent iced, specifically cold brewed.

Ingredients: huang jin gui oolong tea, organically grown dandelion root, organically grown lemon peel, organically grown green peppercorn, organically grown calendula

Steep Temperature: 180° - 190°F

Steep Time: 2-4 minutes

Preferred iced method is cold brewed

All of our teas are made with high-quality ingredients and are intended to be steeped for a second cup of tea. However, Oolong teas can be steeped more times, if you wish to do a more traditional tasting.

Steep first steep approximately 1 minute and 30 seconds-2 minutes

Each additional steep, do approximately 30 seconds until the leaves have no flavor left. Usually 5-8 times.
