This dark oolong has a floral taste with minerals and wood balanced with caramel and dark wild flower honey. Harvested from ancient trees from the Wuyi mountains in china.

These are large, dark, twisted roasted leaves of the camellia sinensis.

Steep first steep approximately 1 minute and 30 seconds-2 minutes

Each additional steep, do approximately 30 seconds until the leaves have no flavor left. Usually 5-8 times.
