Blast Off

This tea was created by Danielle after she was chosen to participate in a NASA Social launch. She got to go behind the scenes at Cape Canaveral and see all kinds of cool stuff. She came home and created Blast Off, a Yerba Mate based citrus tea.

Yerba Mate has a caffeine content that is similar to coffee, however, the effects of the drink are much different. Unlike coffee where you will eventually hit a wall, Mate has a nice smooth ride up to maximum efficiency and then a smooth ride back down to bed time. The energy is more focused and less jittery.

This tea is delicious hot or iced and is a great addition to your tea menu!

Ingredients: organically grown yerba mate, organically grown green rooibos, organically grown lemon balm, organically grown lemon peel, organic orange flavor

Steep Temperature: 200°F - boil

Steep Time: 3-7 minutes
