Chamomile is what many people reach for when they want (or need!) to relax, and chamomile is certainly a great friend to us in times of stress and anxiety. It’s wonderful for calming an unhappy stomach and to aid with sleeplessness. The chamomile that we source contains the light fragrance of apples and brews into a shade of bright yellow.

Steep Time: 3-7 minutes
