Drink it hot with a bit of sweet and a splash of milk or do it with just a little honey and lemon. Turn it up a notch with a bit of bourbon for a delicious hot toddy.

Steep it as an iced tea for a summer treat! You can create mocktails or cocktails with this very flavorful base. 

Ingredients: assam, keemun, darjeeling, organically grown ginger, lapsang souchong
