Jin Xuan, classified as a green oolong, is also called a ‘Milk Oolong’ meaning it has a natural creamy flavor and mouthfeel despite no additional additives. It’s slightly sweet with floral and fruit undertones.
This is a rolled tea so the leaves will unfurl and expand when steeped. You need only use half the amount of tea that you would normally use to make your favorite cup of green or oolong tea.

Steep first steep approximately 1 minute and 30 seconds-2 minutes
Each additional steep, do approximately 30 seconds until the leaves have no flavor left. Usually 5-8 times.
