Kapha Balance Tea

This tea is part of our ayurvedic line of teas meant to help us all balance our doshas. There are 3 doshas, or energies, that exist in all of our bodies; Vata (space + air), Pitta (fire + water), Kapha (water + earth). Each of us has a predominant dosha however all doshas are within us. It just depends which is most prevalent.

This tea gives you a warming boost to get you up and going. Drink when it is dark and rainy or when you feel mentally stuck and need inspiration.

Ingredients: nilgiri, organically grown black pepper, organically grown ginger, organically grown cinnamon

Steep Temperature: 195° F

Steep Time: 2-4 minutes
