September Corn Moon

The Corn Moon is about abundance. It was named for the harvesting of corn and other grains which are made into bread and other life sustaining foods in all cultures. As such, this moon is all about harvesting your dream and setting intentions for your life sustaining "food", whatever that may be.

Purple leaf is a variation of the camellia sinensis plant. This plant grows with purple leaves, not green. We loved the symbolism of being the same but slightly different, like this moon encourages.... because while we are ever changing, deep down we are still made of the same stuff as when we came to earth. Vana tulsi adds more oxygen to your system and encourages physical and mental endurance, and thyme is associated with the goddess Venus, who tended gardens.

This moon is about harvesting your dream and beginning to create your life sustaining "food" for the up and coming winter. It is also about appreciating your complete self, past, present, and future.
