Sleepytime Tea Blending Class

Join us for a sleepytime blending class where you learn to blend your own sleep inducing blend of tea!
Each person receives a custom box filled with herbs and teas. At the class you will learn all of the benefits of each herb, how it works within a blend, and how to use the kit to create your own blends at home!
The class will be approximately 1.5-2 hours in length and includes a cup of tea for sipping during class and light snacks.
