Third Eye Chakra

We created our Third Eye Chakra blend to support your body with antioxidant rich herbs so you at your best, able to receive wisdom and hear the voice of intuition. Passion flower and star anise bring flavor and assist with getting a good night’s sleep, priming our bodies for dreaming.

Located in middle of the forehead, the sixth chakra connects us to our sixth sense. It’s the seat of our intuition, imagination, and wisdom. The Third Eye Chakra allows for clear thought, self-reflection, and visualization of goals. When the path of the Third Eye is blocked we are beset with self-doubt, lack of ideas, disconnection from intuition, or denial. Headaches, vision problems, or nightmares can also accompany the shadow side of our sixth chakra.

Some traditions prescribe a balance to all other chakras before opening the Third Eye (and there are blends for that!) The power of the insights available to us through our sixth sense can be overwhelming without the support of the other chakras.

To unblock your Third Eye Chakra, many promote the power of meditating under the gaze of the sun during sunrise or sunset. Close your eyes and focus your attention on the point between your brows while simply observing what thoughts arise. Perhaps give sound therapy or tapping a try to connect to your inner wisdom. As our dreams are so closely tied to this chakra, consider starting a dream journal to use first thing in the morning, hopefully capturing that often allusive knowledge over a cuppa this Chakra blend.
