Vata Balance Tea

This tea is part of our ayurvedic line of teas meant to help us all balance our doshas. There are 3 doshas, or energies, that exist in all of our bodies; Vata (space + air), Pitta (fire + water), Kapha (water + earth). Each of us has a predominant dosha however all doshas are within us. It just depends which is most prevalent.

Ingredients: organically grown moringa, organically grown ginger, organically grown fennel, organically grown licorice, organically grown turmeric

Steep Temperature: 200° F - boil

Steep Time: 3-7 minutes
